How the program works
A generous donor has contributed to fund the distribution of 60 free bottles of Bened Life products to individuals in need. It is called the Milan and Ruth Fund, in honor of their loved ones.
You may apply for yourself or nominate a recipient using the form below. Applicants who are selected will receive 1-3 free bottles of Neuralli® products of their choice. Nominees must reside in the US, and applications will close on August 31, 2026.
While anyone is welcome to apply, we kindly ask that this opportunity be reserved for those experiencing genuine financial hardship. The purpose of the Milan and Ruth Fund is to help people who have limited access to Neuralli®.
