USA Shipping
All Bened Life orders ship free within the USA and Canada* via UPS. See below for P.O. Box shipping.
You can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days of ordering, but we do not guarantee a specific shipping or arrival date. Orders not shipped by Wednesday will generally ship out by the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.
Neuralli MP and Neuralli Mood should be stored in the refrigerator upon arrival. They may not be shipped with ice packs when it is not very hot outside, because PS128 and HT-PS23 can travel at temperatures up to 99° F. Bened Life products do not need to arrive cold – they can withstand a few days outside the refrigerator.

Bened Life is not responsible for stolen packages.
International Shipping

To comply with local regulations, please do NOT place more than three bottles per order. If you wish to put more than three bottles, do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected].
New Zealand
Please pay attention to the following:
a) According to NZ Trade Laws & Customs, all eCommerce products when the CIF value exceeds NZ$1,000 are subject to a 15% import GST rate. Please try NOT to exceed the value.
b) Due to local customs, all customers shall contact UPS NZ at +64-9-8715300 or 0800-742-587 to provide additional information for clearing customs. You can decide if you would like UPS to handle the customs clearance or if you prefer to use your broker.
Tracking your Order
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been placed. You will receive a second email with a tracking number once your order has been prepared for shipping.
Orders not shipped by Wednesday will generally be prepared and shipped by the following Monday to avoid weekend delays. All orders in the USA ship expedited via UPS.

Refunds
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address return requests on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please note that ice packs, when present, may arrive melted. They are added to reduce overall temperature exposure during travel, but Bened Life products do not need to arrive cold. PS128 and HT-PS23 can travel at temperatures up to 99° F. We recommend refrigerating your product immediately upon arrival.
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns.
