The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund up until the point of shipping. Please note, we typically process orders within 24 hours, so it is imperative that you reach out to cancel shipment as soon as possible.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returns

Return requests are handled on a case by case basis. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept physical returns.
