What the clinical research says about PS128TM

The probiotic medical food Neuralli® MP provides 60 billion CFUs of L. plantarum PS128TM, and delivers dietary management for autism and Parkinson's disease. Through dietary management, PS128TM supports clinically meaningful outcomes in autism and PD.

Three randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled studies using PS128TM showed reductions in anxiety or anxiety-like behavior in Autistic people.1-3 Physicians observed improvements in attention, communication and personal autonomy in a real-world study.4

In a pilot study with 25 Parkinson's disease patients taking PS128TM as dietary management alongside their own therapies, participants noted significant improvements in motor symptoms and quality of life.5

What is Neuralli® MP?

Neuralli® MP is a probiotic medical food containing the unique psychobiotic strain L. plantarum PS128TM at the same amount utilized in nine published clinical studies of neurological and mental health conditions.

PS128TM is a psychobiotic – “a live organism that when ingested in adequate amounts produces a health benefit in patients suffering from a neurological illness.”

Neuralli® MP is a medical food. The term medical food, as defined in section 5(b) of the Orphan Drug Act (21 U.S.C. 360ee (b) (3)) is "a food which is formulated to be consumed or administered enterally under the supervision of a physician and which is intended for the specific dietary management of a disease or condition for which distinctive nutritional requirements, based on recognized scientific principles, are established by medical evaluation".
