Important Shipping Note
Our logistics partners will not be operating on the 25th of December. Shipping will resume on the 26th of December. Orders placed from December 30th, 2024, to January 2nd, 2025 will not be shipped until January 6th, 2025.
APAC Shipping
All Bened Life APAC orders ship free within the markets* we operate via FedEx and SF Express.
You can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days of ordering, but we do not guarantee a specific shipping or arrival date. Orders not shipped by Thursday will generally ship out by the following Monday/Tuesday to avoid weekend delays. See below for more information.
Neuralli MP should be stored in the refrigerator upon arrival. They will be shipped with ice packs to keep the products cool during travel. However, please note that Bened Life products do not need to arrive cold – they can withstand a few days outside the refrigerator.

Bened Life is not responsible for stolen packages. If your delivery destination utilizes a grouped mailbox or delivery cannot be made to your door, please have your order shipped to a safe receiving location that is less prone to theft or tampering.

SF Express (Hong Kong & Macao)
Please pay attention to the following:
- We ship every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Due to various regulations, some orders exceeding specific values will be split into 2 or more packages to avoid Clearance delay.

- Hong Kong: no tax & duties, shipment arrives in 1-2 business days.
- Macao: to comply with local regulations, please do NOT place more than FOUR bottles per order. If you wish to put more than 4 bottles, do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected].
FedEx (ANZ, Japan, Philippines, Singapore)
Please pay attention to the following:
- We ship every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
- Due to various regulations, some orders exceeding specific values will be split into 2 or more packages to avoid Clearance delay.
- Shipments in these countries are subejct to import tax, duties, and/or fees imposed by destination country, and are the buyer's reponsibility. These charges are included at checkout.

- Japan: all imported goods are subject to 21.3% duties + 10% consumption tax.
- Philippines: FOB value of ₱10,000 or above are subject to 12% import tax.
- Singapore: CIF value of S$400 or above are subject to a 9% GST.
- Australia: CIF value of A$1000 or above are subject to a 10% GST.

New Zealand:
- All eCommerce products when the CIF value exceeds NZ$1,000 are subject to a 15% import GST rate.
- Due to local customs, all customers may required to contact FedEx NZ at 0800-275-868 (TNT Ship Center) or 0800-733-339 (FedEx Station) to provide additional information for clearing customs. You can decide if you would like FedEx to handle the customs clearance or if you prefer to use your broker.
Warm Mark
To ensure maximum potency, we recommend refrigerating your Neuralli upon arrival. This simple step keeps your probiotics at their peak and ready to support your health journey.
Checking Warm Markers:
Each Neuralli package includes a warm marker that indicates the temperature your probiotics were exposed to during shipping. Please take a moment to check this warm marker. It will show you the heat exposure levels for this specific order. A white warm marker simply means the packaging hasn't been exposed to excessive heat during storage or transportation. If the capsules were exposed to high heat, the warm marker would change color, ranging from light to bright red.
Tracking your Order
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been placed. You will receive a second email with a tracking number once your order has been prepared for shipping.
Orders not shipped by Wednesday (FedEx)/ Thursday (SF Express) will generally be prepared and shipped by the following Monday (FedEx)/ Tuesday (SF Express) to avoid weekend delays. All orders in APAC ship expedited via SF Express & FedEx.

Refunds
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address return requests on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please note that ice packs, when present, may arrive melted. They are added to reduce overall temperature exposure during travel, but Bened Life products do not need to arrive cold. PS128 can travel up to 2 weeks at room temperature without impacting its potency significantly. We recommend refrigerating your product immediately upon arrival.
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns.
