All ingredients in Neuralli Mood are self-affirmed as Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS). Please consult your health care provider when starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medications.
Neuralli MP is a medical probiotic for specific neurological conditions and differences (please see the Neuralli MP page for more details). It is designed to be taken under the supervision of a health care provider. Children as young as three years old have taken 60 billion CFUs of PS128 (the amount of PS128 in 2 capsules of Neuralli MP) in clinical trials. All ingredients in Neuralli MP are self-affirmed as Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS).
Neuralli MP and/or Neuralli Mood can be taken with most other probiotics and supplements. Use caution when combining Bened Life products with any other substance that affects levels of serotonin, dopamine, or cortisol. Contact your health care provider if you have any concerns about interactions with other products you are taking or if you have any health conditions.
To keep your products maximally effective, store them in their original CSP bottles in the refrigerator. Be sure to keep the capsules in their original bottles to limit their exposure to humidity; do not store the capsules in a different container. Do not expose Bened Life products to high heat or direct sunlight.
If you travel with Neuralli Mood and/or Neuralli MP, always keep it in a cool, dry place. Storing a bottle at controlled room temperature for up to one month will not impact the efficacy of the product.
Neuralli Mood is intended to be used daily, two capsules per serving, with or without food. For stress, try taking it in the morning. For sleep, try taking it in the evening before bed. You may find that a different time of day or different frequency works better for you.
Neuralli MP is intended to be used daily, two capsules per serving, with or without food under the supervision of your health care provider. The serving size of Neuralli MP is 2 capsules per day, providing 60 billion CFU of PS128. Children as young as 3 years of age have used 60 billion CFUs per day of PS128 in clinical studies.
Many customers take both capsules of the 2 capsule per day serving at the same time; however, you can also split them up if you prefer. Find the time of day that works best for you.
Since each person is different, your tolerance and results may vary.
If swallowing a capsule is uncomfortable, you can open the shell and take the powder. (Take it all at once to guarantee its potency.) If you’d like, you can mix Neuralli MP or Neuralli Mood powder into a neutral cool drink or food of your choice. It should not be added to warm/hot foods or liquids or highly acidic foods (like a lemon) or liquids. Note that most juices, sodas and flavored waters are mildly or highly acidic (see this study for more details)
