Shipping Policy

USA shipping

All Bened Life orders ship free within the USA.

You can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days. Neuralli® products ship via UPS or USPS. Orders not shipped by Wednesday will generally ship out by the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.

Please note that Neuralli® Cognition+ pre-orders will ship starting in February 2026. Any other products ordered at the same time as a Neuralli® Cognition+ pre-order will be shipped as outlined above.

You may receive your product in a box with or without cold packs, depending on the time of year and your geographic location. Both Neuralli® MP and Neuralli® Mood should be stored in the refrigerator upon arrival.

For urgent orders or special requests such as requiring a signature for delivery, please email [email protected].

Bened Life is not responsible for stolen packages. If your delivery destination utilizes a grouped mailbox or delivery cannot be made to your door, please have your order shipped to a safe receiving location that is less prone to theft or tampering.

International shipments

Shipments outside the USA, including Canada, are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country, and are the buyer’s responsibility.

For most countries outside the US, these charges are included at checkout.

Customs duties are not collected at checkout for the following countries: India

Tracking your order

A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been placed. You will receive a second email with a tracking number once your order has been prepared for shipping.

Orders not shipped by Wednesday will generally be prepared and shipped by the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.

Refunds

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please note that ice packs, when present, may arrive melted. They are added to reduce overall temperature exposure during travel, but Bened Life products do not need to arrive cold. PS128TM and HT-PS23TM can travel at temperatures up to 99° F. We recommend refrigerating your product immediately upon arrival.

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns.
