USA Shipping

All Bened Life orders ship free within the USA and Canada* via UPS. See below for P.O. Box shipping.

You can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days of ordering, but we do not guarantee a specific shipping or arrival date. Orders not shipped by Wednesday will generally ship out by the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.

Neuralli™ ships expedited in insulated packaging with ice packs, and it should be stored in the refrigerator upon arrival.

For urgent orders or special requests such as requiring a signature for delivery, please email [email protected].

Bened Life is not responsible for stolen packages.

International Shipments

Shipping charges

Shipping charges to Canada are gratis.
Shipping to any other country is a flat rate that depends on the total number of bottles in the shipment:
$99 for 1 bottle
$79 for 2-4 bottles
$59 for 5-9 bottles
$39 for 10-19 bottles
Free for 20+ bottles

Taxes, customs duties and fees

Shipments outside the USA, including Canada, are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country, and are the buyer’s responsibility.
For most countries outside the US, these charges are included at checkout.
Customs duties are not collected at checkout for the following countries:
India

Tracking your Order

A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been placed. You will receive a second email with a tracking number once your order has been prepared for shipping.

Orders not shipped by Wednesday will generally be prepared and shipped by the following Monday to avoid weekend delays. All orders in the USA ship expedited via UPS.

Refunds

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address return requests on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please note that ice packs may arrive melted. They are added to reduce overall temperature exposure during travel, but Neuralli does not need to arrive cold. Neuralli can travel at temperatures up to 99° F. We recommend refrigerating the product immediately upon arrival.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns.
