Are there any side effects with Neuralli Mood?

No significant adverse events were reported in clinical studies of PS128 or HT-PS23 taken daily in the amounts that are present in Neuralli Mood over a period of 2 months. As with any new probiotic, you may notice a change in gastrointestinal function at first, with any gas, bloating, or stool changes subsiding within 2 weeks or less. What ingredients are in Neuralli Mood?

A 2 capsule serving of Neuralli Mood contains 30 billion CFU of L. plantarum PS128, 20 billion cells of heat-treated L. paracasei PS23, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and vegetable capsule.

I’m sensitive to histamine. Do the strains in Neuralli Mood produce histamine?

Neither of the two strains in Neuralli Mood produce histamine. L. plantarum PS128 does not have the histidine decarboxylase (HDC) gene that is required to make histamine. The L. paracasei PS23 genome also does not contain genes that would produce biogenic amines such as histamines. PS23 does have one that is similar to such a gene; however, it was also tested in vitro, and that enzyme activity was not present. In addition, Neuralli Mood contains heat-treated PS23 - it is not a live microbe that can produce any molecules.

Getting started with Neuralli Mood

How should I store Neuralli Mood? Does it need to be refrigerated?

To keep your products maximally effective, store them in their original CSP bottles in the refrigerator. Be sure to keep Neuralli Mood in its original bottle to limit the exposure of the capsules to humidity; do not store the capsules in a different container. Do not expose Mood to high heat or direct sunlight.

If you travel with Neuralli Mood, always keep it in a cool, dry place. Storing a bottle at a consistent room temperature for up to one month will not impact the efficacy of the product.

How should I take Neuralli Mood?

Neuralli Mood is intended to be used daily, two capsules per serving, with or without food. For stress, try taking it in the morning. For sleep, try taking it in the evening before bed. You may find that a different time of day or different frequency works better for you.

Neuralli Mood capsules may be opened, and the contents may be mixed with cold food or drink and consumed immediately if you prefer.

How long will it take to notice results?

You may notice changes within the first week, or it may require 2 or more months to notice results, as evidenced by clinical studies of PS128 and of HT-PS23.

We recommend measuring your baseline stress, sleep, and gut health before starting Neuralli Mood using the Record Your Stress tool.

After taking Neuralli Mood for 4 or more weeks, compare your current stress with your baseline. You will receive a special customer satisfaction survey via email. If you share your Neuralli Mood experience with Bened Life on this customer satisfaction survey, you may receive a $25 credit on your initial purchase (limited to the first 500 surveys).

My box didn’t contain ice packs, or the ice packs were melted. Should I be concerned?

You may receive your product in a box with or without cold packs, depending on the time of year and your geographic location. If your package contains cold packs that are no longer cold, or perhaps even warm, when the box arrives at your door, don’t worry - your product is safe. Simply refrigerate all bottles right away.

Bened Life products are stable under most shipping conditions, but should be refrigerated upon receipt. PS128 requires refrigeration to retain efficacy through its best-by date.

If you happen to experience an unexpected heat wave or unusual circumstances such as product sitting at your door in excessive heat for an extended period of time, please contact our customer happiness team through our contact form.
