Shipping Details
Bened Life PS128 (formerly Solace) ships via overnight (USA), or 3-6 day (International) UPS insulated packaging with ice packs. It is common for the ice packs to arrive melted, but the insulation of the packaging helps keep the temperature ideal to preserve maximum potency.
We recommend that you refrigerate Bened Life PS128 (formerly Solace). Nonetheless, PS128 can be stored at or below room temperature (77° F) for 30 days without significantly affecting potency. Overages are included at time of manufacture to account for loss during transport and storage. Furthermore, PS128 maintains approximately 50% CFU count after 2 weeks at 99° F and can withstand heat for a short time period without significant loss of potency. Orders generally ship the same day or by the next day. Orders not shipped by Thursday will generally ship out by the following Monday to Thursday.
