You may receive your product in a box with or without cold packs, depending on the time of year and your geographic location. All Neuralli® products should be stored in their original bottles in the refrigerator upon arrival.

What is Neuralli® MP?
Neuralli® MP is a probiotic medical food for the dietary management of autism and Parkinson's disease, intended for use under the supervision of a healthcare provider.
Each two-capsule serving delivers at least 60 billion CFU of the gut-brain strain L. plantarum PS128TM, Bened Life's highest PS128 potency. It is believed to work via the gut-brain axis: PS128 affected serotonin and dopamine in the brain in preclinical studies.
Who is Neuralli® MP for?
It is for Autistic people and those diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Neuralli® MP is a medical food for the dietary management of autism and Parkinson’s, and designed for use under the supervision of a health care provider.
It may not be appropriate for people who are sensitive to high dopamine or serotonin levels. It may not be appropriate for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Talk to your provider to see if it fits your situation.

What's the difference between Neuralli® MP and a regular probiotic or supplement?
Neuralli® MP is a medical food, not a dietary supplement or a drug. Its main ingredient, the L. plantarum PS128TM probiotic strain, has been studied primarily for its impact on the brain, not the gut.
Through the ability of PS128 to support gut microbiome-to-brain communication, Neuralli MP provides dietary management for autism and Parkinson’s disease.
In preclinical studies, PS128 influenced levels of dopamine and serotonin in the brain. Autism and Parkinson’s have dysregulated serotonin and/or dopamine in the brain. PS128 acts like a microbe-nutrient to meet the dietary needs of these conditions. PS128 cannot be obtained by dietary modification alone.
Is Bened Life the only source of PS128TM?
Yes. PS128TM is a proprietary strain only sold in the US only by Bened Life® and its authorized health care providers. Any other brand advertising PS128 for sale in the US is selling counterfeit product. Look for both Neuralli® and Bened Life® branding to ensure authenticity.
Where can I find the clinical studies about PS128TM?
L. plantarum PS128TM, the active ingredient in Neuralli® MP, has been clinically studied in Autistic people, as well as people with Parkinson's disease. Summaries of the scientific research studies can be found here.
Can my child take Neuralli® MP?
Autistic children as young as 3 years old have taken 60 billion CFU of PS128TM per day in clinical studies, under medical supervision. Two capsules of Neuralli® MP provide a 60 billion CFU dose.

I can’t swallow pills. How else can I take Neuralli® MP?
You can open the capsule and take the powder. It can be mixed into a cool drink or food, and ingested right away to preserve potency. Do not mix it into warm, hot, or highly acidic food or liquid, which can harm the live strain. See Bened Life's "Ways to Take Neuralli MP" page for details.
What are the common side effects of Neuralli® MP?
When taken as directed (two capsules, 60 billion CFU of PS128TM), some people may notice mild gastrointestinal effects such as gas, bloating, or stool changes for up to about a week, as with starting any new probiotic.
In clinical studies of PS128 with Autistic participants and people with Parkinson's, reports of adverse effects were very low. If side effects persist, consult your healthcare provider.
How long has Neuralli® MP been available?
Neuralli® MP has been on the market since 2022, previously sold under the name Neuralli. In April 2024 the formula was updated to remove inulin, making it more accessible to inulin-sensitive people and closer to the clinical-study formulation.
